• Yes! You can open your bank account the same day your FBN is published. No need to wait five weeks for the Affidavit of Publication from the County. We will email you an Proof Of Publication on the day it is published for the first time. Just take that Proof Of Publication to the bank.

FBN FILING INSTRUCTIONS
The county requires "original signatures" not from an email or fax.
First go to
http://www.ocgov.com/ocgov/
On the right hand side select "business license"
At the next screen, on the left hand side select "file a fictitious business name".
At the next screen, select "register".
Next under "forms" select "new FBN" and proceed to complete.
Finally print the confirmation page first (do not schedule any dates) and lastly print the actual FBN. Sign it and mail both pages to us at the address
